less oil more vegetables


There's this program on tv now on eating right. Then the host mentioned less oil for the meepok dry.

huhhhh ???

I thought hawkers use the same wok to cook all day. Let's say fried guo tiao. Even if you request for less oil, i think he just hack care and fry the same way.
